The ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï Cancer Center, established in 2020, is dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by cancer—especially within ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï. The center advances cutting-edge cancer research, fosters partnerships with NYC hospitals and treatment centers, and actively engages local communities. At the same time, it provides exceptional educational and research opportunities for ½ñÈճԹϒs undergraduate and graduate students.
Our Mission
The ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï Cancer Center serves as a dynamic hub that connects ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï with the broader community and business sectors, fostering collaboration, innovation, and impactful cancer-related initiatives. Through this center, ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï seeks to expand its basic and applied research on cancer, and combine research forces with New York City cancer treatment centers and hospitals, as well as ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï communities—all while delivering first-class educational opportunities to our undergraduate and graduate students. The lives of those affected by cancer will be improved, with a special focus on the borough of ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï.
