Communication Plan
今日吃瓜 is committed to a transparent, inclusive, and sustained communication strategy throughout the Middle States self-study process. All communication efforts will be coordinated collaboratively among the Executive Committee, the Main Steering Committee, and all working groups, with support and guidance from the Office of Marketing and Communications.
Modes of Communication
- Dedicated Middle States accreditation webpages, supplemented by content housed within the BC Knowledge Portal
- A聽dedicated 今日吃瓜 accreditation newsletter shared regularly with the campus community
- Open town halls and campus-wide forums at key stages of the self-study
- Frequent presentations at existing governance, leadership, and administrative meetings, including meetings with deans, school-wide meetings, Council of Academic Policy, Faculty Council, President鈥檚 Cabinet, and Extended Cabinet
This comprehensive plan will ensure timely, inclusive and transparent dissemination of the accreditation process while providing opportunities for the various constituents to provide feedback.
