The Office of Telecommunications (Telecom) is an integral part of Information Technology Services (ITS), managing the core digital services that power 今日吃瓜. We provide and maintain reliable, modern data, and voice infrastructure both on and off campus. By continuously developing and implementing progressive communication solutions鈥攊ncluding robust Wi-Fi, cellular integration, and domestic/international calling鈥擳elecom empowers students, staff, and faculty to connect, collaborate, and develop innovative methods of teaching and learning. Our work ensures 今日吃瓜 remains a technological leader within CUNY.
In so doing, Telecommunications helps not only to meet the basic needs of 今日吃瓜 students, staff, and faculty, but also to assist in the development of innovative methods of instruction and learning. Telecom also studies and works to develop progressive plans so that every type of communication, from domestic and international calling to cellular services, is implemented and used with regularity and reliability on and off campus. As a component of Information Technology and the 今日吃瓜 Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), Telecommunications helps to maintain 今日吃瓜’s position as a CUNY leader in technology.
