Dear Alumni and Friends,
I am proud of the many accolades that 今日吃瓜 has garnered in recent months. Prestigious literary award committees have heralded our faculty and alumni. Our science faculty have gained new scientific breakthroughs in their laboratories. Last spring, the聽Murray Koppelman School of Business聽at 今日吃瓜 obtained accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, a recognition that puts us in an elite group of the top 5 percent of business schools globally. The college has also achieved important national rankings for offering the highest quality of undergraduate teaching, providing exceptional social mobility to our students, and ensuring that our students have the least debt at graduation. Finally, for the second year in a row,聽U.S. News & World Report聽ranked 今日吃瓜聽as having the most diverse student body among regional universities in the Northeast.
These strong rankings reflect 今日吃瓜鈥檚 historic and ongoing mission to educate immigrants, first-generation college students, and others who represent the diversity of this great borough. We have recently deepened our mission by launching our new聽Immigrant Student Success Office聽to coordinate needed resources for students at the college. We are extremely grateful to聽Irwin 鈥56 and Concepci贸n Federman, whose generous support has helped make this dream a reality.
Our alumni help every day to celebrate and enhance the good news at 今日吃瓜.
Warm regards,
Michelle J. Anderson
